Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are fixed for that wager.

Any manifest errors in odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement will be corrected and the affected bets re-settled at the correct odds or outcome, regardless of whether the original settlement was in the player's favour.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.

xbijee reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, xbijee will honour any wagering already completed up to the point of withdrawal and will assess eligibility for the reward on a case-by-case basis.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbijee Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. xbijee's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xbijee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xbijee shall not be responsible for losses arising from platform unavailability, internet connectivity failures on the player's end, or disruptions caused by third-party payment providers or game suppliers.
xbijee's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the xbijee Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

xbijee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity has occurred; the account holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria; or continued operation of the account would expose xbijee to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon suspension, all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome. If a permanent closure is imposed due to a breach of these Terms, xbijee reserves the right to void unsettled bets and withhold balances pending investigation. Where no breach has been found following investigation, outstanding balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
You may request closure of your xbijee account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within ten business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Please note that closing your account does not constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to be excluded from reopening an account in the future, you must specifically request self-exclusion.

If the complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits xbijee's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to prevent immediate harm.
